Exchante Students, FEUSP Students and School of Education International Office
From February 18th to 23rd, 2019, the School of Education International Office, CCInt-FE, together with FEUSP students, organized a Welcome for the Exchange Students of the first semester of 2019, with the presence of the Dean of the School of Education (FEUSP), Prof. Marcos Garcia Neira, the Coordinator of CCInt-FE, Profa. Ana Luiza Jesus da Costa, the Assistant of CCInt-FE, Vanessa Lima. We received students from the following institutions: Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain), University of Tampere (Finland), Universidad de Chile, Universitá degli Studi di Roma (Italy) and Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina).
Professors presented the School of Education and undergraduate courses in Teaching Degree in Pedagogy and others Teaching Degrees. FEUSP students presented the FEUSP Athletic and the USP Sports Practice Center (CEPEUSP). Educators from the Teacher Training Program presented the procedures for doing curricular internships.
A Master student from the School of Philosophy, Language and Literature (FFLCH), Selma Regina Olla, gave the Workshop: Portuguese language and Brazilian culture: characteristics and practices.
The exchange students had the opportunity to make a guided visit to the Toy Education Museum (MEB), with the Toys and Games Workshop. They visited FEUSP facilities such as: the Library, the Center for Study and Research in Language Teaching (CEPEL) and the Pro-student room. They also participated in a Conversation about exchanges, together with FEUSP students who studied abroad.
Finally, they had the chance to visit the University City Campus and the city of São Paulo by the USP Cultural Tour and São Paulo Cultural tour, along with other foreigners from the School of Communications and Arts and from the Institute of International Relations.
