The International Relations Office and the Research and Innovation Committee of the Faculty of Education of USP, in an articulated action, organize a Workshop with the theme: "Peace Education: memory, experience and education" with the organization of researchers from the Faculty of Education of the University of São Paulo, Brazil and the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Hiroshima University, Japan, who will discuss issues related to memory, experience and education and implications on the topic of Peace Education. Aiming at achieving a formative and immersive experience, the workshop will be held in English with visiting and reflection activities for 12 participants according to registrations in the announced period.
Time os workshop: from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
9:30 am - 12:30 am - Visit to Memorial of Resistance Museum (SP)
01:30 - 3:00 pm - Workshop/teacher training about peace education “Peace Education: How to Remember Difficult Histories”(at FE-USP)
(Meeting at FEUSP, at 09:15 am; visit from 11:00 to 12:30 am, and return to FEUSP).
